STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are sent via DHL/UK MAIL Fully Tracked Service.
A tracking number will be supplied once your order has been sent.
Delivery takes 1-3 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer a fast delivery service via DHL/UK MAIL Express Fully Tracked Service.
A tracking number will be supplied once your order has been sent.
Delivery takes 1-2 working days but may arrive the next day depending of your post code.
Orders are collected/sent Mon-Fri.
PALLET DELIVERY
Due to the size and weight, some products cannot be sent out as parcels via regular courier services.
They will be secured on a pallet and delivered by a tail lift vehicle.
A tracking number will be supplied once your order has been sent.

READY TO MOW
This service is specific to Ride On Mowers, takes 2-5 days.
Your ride-on lawn mower will be fully assembled for you by our trained in house engineers.
We will complete a PDI in compliance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Your machine will be fuelled, oiled, run and tested to ensure it is in perfect working order.
The machine is secured to a purpose-made pallet and protected by a large box.
Our transport partner will then deliver the machine by a tail-lift vehicle on an agreed working week day.
You simply unwrap the packaging, push the mower off the pallet and you’re ready to mow.
READY TO MOW PREMIUM
This service is specific to Ride On Mowers, takes 2-5 days.
Whenever possible, your tractor will be delivered to your garden on our own transport.
You will receive a demonstration and full working handover by a trained member of The Mower Shack so you can start mowing straightaway.
This service is available in selected post codes

We only ship to mainland England, Wales & Scotland. We do not currently ship to UK off-shore delivery addresses, Ireland (North & South), the European mainland or further afield.

We are unable to deliver our products to locations below as we cannot support them if they become faulty within the warranty period.
